شو البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- بيانات الطلب: الاسم، رقم التلفون، عنوان التوصيل، منطقة التوصيل، ملاحظاتك، الأصناف اللي طلبتها وطريقة الدفع اللي اخترتها.
- موقعك على الخريطة: بس إذا كبست إنت على «شارك موقعي» وقت الطلب. ما بناخد موقعك بالخلفية.
- بطاقة الولاء: عدد الأختام مربوط برقم تلفونك.
- الإشعارات: إذا فعّلتها، بنحفظ معرّف جهازك للإشعارات عشان نبعتلك حالة طلبك والعروض.
ما بنجمع بيانات بطاقات بنكية — الدفع بيتم عند الاستلام. وما بنستخدم حالياً أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.
ليش بنستعملها
- نجهّز طلبك ونوصله ونتواصل معك بخصوصه.
- نحسب أختام بطاقة الولاء.
- نبعتلك إشعارات حالة الطلب، وعروضنا إذا كنت مفعّل الإشعارات.
مع مين بنشاركها
- ما بنبيع بياناتك ولا بنعطيها لمعلنين.
- الطلب بيوصل لفريق المطعم والسائق عشان التوصيل.
- الدردشة والطلب عبر واتساب بيمرّوا عن طريق واتساب ومزوّد خدمة الدردشة (وكيل)، وكل واحد منهم إله سياسته.
- الموقع مستضاف عند مزوّد استضافة، والإشعارات بتوصل عن طريق خدمة الإشعارات تبعت متصفحك (جوجل أو أبل).
اللي بينحفظ على جهازك
المتصفح أو التطبيق بيحفظ على جهازك سلتك وبياناتك اللي كتبتها (الاسم، التلفون، العنوان) وطلباتك الأخيرة، عشان ما تكتبها كل مرة. بتقدر تمسحها من إعدادات المتصفح أو بحذف بيانات التطبيق.
طلب حذف بياناتك — تطبيق وموقع زي جريل (ZEE GRILL)
كيف تطلب الحذف:
- ابعتلنا رسالة واتساب أو اتصل على +962 790 858 442.
- اكتب «بدي أحذف بياناتي» ورقم التلفون اللي طلبت فيه.
- بنأكدلك لما ينحذفوا.
شو بينحذف: اسمك، رقم تلفونك، عنوانك وموقعك، سجل طلباتك، أختام بطاقة الولاء، ومعرّف الإشعارات تبع جهازك.
المدة: بننفّذ الطلب خلال 7 أيام. بعد الحذف ما بنحتفظ بهالبيانات. الطلبات اللي لسّا قيد التحضير أو التوصيل بتنحذف بعد ما تخلص.
وبتقدر كمان تطلب تعديل بياناتك بنفس الطريقة، وتوقف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك بأي وقت.
الأطفال
الخدمة مش موجّهة للأطفال تحت 13 سنة، وما بنجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, delivery address and area, your notes, the items you order and the payment method you choose.
- Location: only if you tap “share my location” while ordering. We never collect location in the background.
- Loyalty card: your stamp count, linked to your phone number.
- Notifications: if you enable them, we store your device’s push identifier to send order updates and offers.
We do not collect payment card data — payment is made on delivery. We do not currently use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order and contact you about it.
- To count loyalty stamps.
- To send order-status notifications, and offers if you enabled notifications.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your data or give it to advertisers.
- Your order is seen by restaurant staff and the delivery driver.
- Chat and WhatsApp ordering go through WhatsApp and our chat provider (Wakeel), each under its own policy.
- The site runs on a hosting provider, and notifications are delivered through your browser’s push service (Google or Apple).
Stored on your device
Your cart, the details you typed and your recent orders are saved on your device so you don’t retype them. You can clear them from your browser settings or by clearing the app’s data.
Requesting deletion of your data — ZEE GRILL app and website
How to request deletion:
- Message us on WhatsApp or call +962 790 858 442.
- Say “delete my data” and give the phone number you ordered with.
- We confirm once it is deleted.
What is deleted: your name, phone number, address and shared location, order history, loyalty stamps, and your device’s notification identifier.
Timing: we complete requests within 7 days. We do not keep this data after deletion. Orders still being prepared or delivered are deleted once completed.
You can also ask us to correct your data the same way, and turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
